Seeking actors for a new training program in the Hunter Valley - ages 18-60

When: Sunday 2nd November Time: Sunday 1000hrs - 1530hrs, Auditions: Same day Where: Rutherford which is not far from Maitland (Hunter valley)
Transport is available from Sydney to Maitland pickup at 0830hrs and drop off back at 1800hrs (Hornsby). Please indicate if transport is required in your application.
The NSW SES are piloting a new training program, Looking After People. The program requires actors to participate in simulations involving a grievance management process. Actors will be role playing real SES members and will be given briefing cards prior to the event.
This will be an opportunity to practice your skills in role playing and you will be able to add this activity to your experience history.
The NSW SES is a non profit organisation and you will be working with volunteers, therefore no money will be provided. Lunch on Sunday and transport from Sydney (Hornsby) is available if required for the day.
This is an opportunity to help the volunteers who serve the community on a daily basis - we are now asking for you to help them develop so that they can help the community further.
This is a whole day commitment, those who cannot commit to the activity should not apply as this only wastes our time and makes it difficult for the volunteers. It would be beneficial if actors could read up on the organisation so that they had an understanding before accepting the role.
If you are genuinely interested please apply making sure that you include your full contact details so we can ring or email you directly.
Location: New South Wales, Australia
Role Playing (actors)

Any gender, aged 18 to 60 from New South Wales, Aus

Two actors are in dispute with each other. They have submitted a formal grievance against each other and it is up to the SES volunteer to get them talking and reach a positive outcome to the situation. The volunteer is under assessment.
