We are currently casting a short film called "Writers Block". It is a 9 minute volunteer, non-profit production shot on 16mm film, and is the most advanced production we do at the academy.
It concerns the psychological interaction of a script writer and the physical manifestation of his alter ego/muse and his wife. Auditions commence immediately.
Character Profiles:

George - Male: age range 30+, heavyset in appearance.
Stanley's Muse, his unrestrained side, his imagination. Highly intelligent and creative, somewhat childish in behaviour, apt in sneakiness, Walks with a certain confidence, has a fondness for smoking cigars.
Stanley - Male: age range 26+, slim build.
A successful writer, he loves his work, intelligent, has a caring personality, doesn't like to give in, doesn't like to fail. Came from poor family, parents deceased, educated in state schools. His knowledge came from reading books and self study.
Veronica - Female: age range 22+, physically fit, eats well and is in good health.
Devoted and loving wife of Stanley, confident and aware of her sexuality, successful at work, friendly and playful by nature, educated in private schools.
