"That'll Be The Stardust!" is a prospective radio play project which has been 20 years in the making
"That'll Be The Stardust!" is a prospective Radio Play project which has been 20 years in the making. The play is a spin-off to the films "That'll Be The Day" & "Stardust" which starred David Essex and All-Star casts. Following on from the unique and acclaimed 'Making of...' Documentary, we are now casting for the full official radio recording for the following roles:
- Brian Thorpe - mid 30's/early 40's
- Jeanette Thorpe - mid 30's/early 40's
- Terry Sutcliffe - mid 30's/early 40's (upper/middle class accent)
- Alex - early 40's
- Johnny Cameron - early 40's (South London)
- Mike Menary - mid/late 40's (South London)
- Cathy Menary - mid 30's (South London)
- Agent - mid/late 40's (upper/middle class accent)
- 1st Producer - early 30's (Brummy)
- 2nd Producer - early 30's (Welsh)
- Pete - late 30's/early 40's
- Doctor - early/mid 40's
- Stranger - late 40's/early 50's (Spanish dialect)
These are unpaid roles, but each actor/actress will receive a DVD of the feature films, 'Making of' Documentary DVD, CD Play Soundtrack and CD recording of play. The date of recording will take place on Saturday, 5th July, 2008.
