| Career military person, although I didn't start out to be it kind of crept up on me and one day I decided to get serious about it. So, in 1979 I completed my off duty bachelors degree in management and marched off to officer's training school, where four short months later I was "christened" a brand new 13-year, 90-day wonder second lieutenant and the military was never the same afterward! Except for the two tours in Vietnam I really had a lot of fun and some great jobs and good friends. Looking back there were even some good moments in Vietnam, if you didn't mind the dirt, heat, bugs, loud noises in the night and various people trying to shoot you, and then there was the enemy to contend with too! | |

I've worked on eleven film projects, two of which won Academy Awards, "21 Grams" and "Walk The Line." In "Separated By Murder" (CBS TV)I was singing in the church choir with Sharon Gless, plus several other scenes which appeared in the movie. Other projects were a tv pilot, "Southern Comfort" and "The Garden", an independent film,a local tv commercial in Memphis for Chad Schaffler.
Most recently I worked two days with Jeff Bridges on "The Open Road". In late October 2007 it was my privilege to work with Alan Alda filming "Nothing But The Truth", an absolutely incredible experience to work with one of my TV heroes. He's a gentleman and a scholar! 5 August 2008 I appeared in the cocktail party scene in Craig Brewer's new film project, $5 Cover.
Extensive public speaking and presentation experience. I have also been privileged to do commercial voice overs with SnappyGreetings.com.
Under the category of goofy stuff, I'm the voice on the "Suffering Spam" snappygram. Special thanks to Mr. Norman Adcox, Executive Producer, for the opportunity.
