We are currently looking to take our top talent on a showcase cruise to Mexico in November for the opportunity to be represented by the largest and biggest agencies and producers internationally.

We have an audition on June 10th at 1 pm for those local to Jacksonville, FL. If you are not local, a video submission will be accepted.

We are looking to take singers, dancers, actors, commercial print models, high fashion models, lifestyle models, comedians, and now plus sized models to this showcase - experienced and non-experienced.

For in person auditions, experienced talent will need you to come prepared with the following:
1. A commercial or monologue- a cold read can be done also
2. Walk our runway
3. A headshot or bodyshot ( professional shots not necessary but encouraged)
4. A printed resume and portfolio ( if applicable)
5. Your best song narrowed down to 2 minutes( if you are a singer)
6. Dance routine video ( if you are a dancer)
7. Comfortable, but polished attire, heels are encouraged
8. An excited attitude about getting selected!

If you do not have professional experience we will test you in your areas.

We attended the last cruise, and out of 11 talent represented by Manikin, all 11 got the opportunity to meet with agents worldwide. 3 of Manikin’s talent received scholarships totaling $30k for additional training. 2 girls will be going to the Conservatory to study in New York City, and the other will be one on one training with a casting director in LA. We had one of our talent get callbacks from 14 agencies, and the remaining 10 talent received anywhere from 2-6 call backs, which was very exciting! We expect our talent to do just as well in November!

There is no cost to audition. If selected, we will train you from July- October at no cost to prepare you specifically for this event. There are numerous ways to get sponsors and scholarships for this cruise, so don’t let anything hold you back from auditioning.

Updates on the Agency!

Manikin has also been very busy with castings! Just this month, we have booked Disney Cruise Lines, Wet N wild, Acura, Visit Florida, Universal Studios, Royal Pains USA Network, The Glades TV show and a lot of local print including Football/ Surf Fanatics! We’ve also submitted talent for Tyler Perry in Atlanta!

We want to get you working as much as possible. Your resume will be impressive to the agents on the cruise, and you will get booked that much faster!

We will have detailed information for you once you make the audition cut! At that time, we will go over sailing details, our workshops that you will need to attend if you are local. (Those not local to the area will be trained via skype / video), and how to get sponsors for this event if you need them.

Make sure you are caught up on all of our casting sites, responding to audition invites, Facebook posts, text messages and most importantly, studying your craft. Actors always need workshops, models always need photo posing, and singers need to be singing!
