A deceased mental patient John finds himself unable to comprehend that he is dead.

This is set in a concentration cell and gives the audience the impression that this character John is all alone. He is startled by the appearance of the Grim Reaper, and asks him questions about where he is and how he got there etc. John discovers he is dead and in doing so triggers flash back memories in distorted forms. He remembers being chased by Sheila the mental ward gaurd (officer) but does not remember why. He also does not remember being hit by a car and of course dying because of it. John becomes very agitated throughout the film by the Grim Reaper and winds up snapping at The Grim Reaper leading him to a fate worse than his already deceased life.
