We are looking for attractive male & female people for a club scene in Aml Ameen’s new film ‘The Pick Up’.
We require the following:-
10 x Featured Artist to interact with the main cast.
30 x Supporting Artists to create a real house clubbing atmosphere in our venue, think of the type of person who goes to clubs like the Ministry of Sound, Fabric & Matter.
We are shooting over 3 days and depending on the part you are chosen for, you will be required from 1 – 3 days and some parts are from 1 – 3 hours to a full-day. When applying please state what dates you are available for.
Shooting dates are:-
Friday 22nd January 17:00 – 23:00
Monday 8th February 09:00 – 18:00
Tuesday 9th February 09:00 – 18:00
Location
We are filming in Shoreditch East-London E1 so this would best suit someone from London or near the area. Full address will be given when you are selected.
Financial
Due to this being a collaborative film this is an unpaid role however there will be food and refreshments throughout the shoot and this is an excellent opportunity to meet Aml as he embarks on his first film for his new production company AmeenDream Entertainment. Everyone who contributes their time will get a copy of the DVD for their showreel, a personal invitation to the exclusive London Premier where you will get to meet all the cast and producers of the film and after the screening you can join the premier after-party.
Film Synopsis
The Pick Up is an exciting, sexy, stylish new short film by Award Winning Actor Aml Ameen. The film is set in a trendy London nightclub and focuses on two socialite’s 20-somethings Jay (Introducing Najan Ward) and Adrian (Aml Ameen) and their quest to win the attention, and possible one night-stand bed posts of feisty university club queens Roxanne and Hannah. The adventure turns soar, when the boy’s squeaky clean mate David (Jason Maza) sticks his nose in. With fasts-pace club action, slick humorous dialogue, all set to the backdrop of the ever so popular House music, The Pick up is set to capture the magic of nightlife in London, the greatest city in the world. Intoxicating the audience from beginning to end.
