The film is about a woman who thinks she has it all together and that everyone is beneath her. She has an Executive position in the job she does and she is currently dating an Arab billionaire.

Thinking she has nothing to worry about in life, one day she receives an email offering her a free counseling taster session. Thinking she has nothing to lose as no one has a life as perfect as hers, and also at a loose end because her boyfriend had to cancel their lunch; she goes to the session to kill time.

On arrival at the session she is intact, but over time as the session progresses she realizes how out of touch and broken she really is. She leaves the office discombobulated, and falling apart. The counselor plays on this as she books her in for another 12 sessions of counseling.

Through the short film we see confidence, desperation, hope, despair and battle the highs and lows of the story.
