Direct from Sydney, this musical theatre industry event seeks talented performers to vie for a coveted showcase spot at the 2012 Brisbane Cabaret Festival.

After the runaway success of the launch of Broadway Unplugged in Brisbane on Aug 5th, Jeremy Brennan in association with James Anthony Productions is thrilled to announce that Broadway Unplugged will be continuing its success with the next event on Monday Sep 3rd at Stockholm Syndrome, Brisbane's newest cabaret venue in Albion.
Broadway Unplugged will showcase some of Australia’s finest musical theatre performers, after which open-mic participants will take to the stage to compete for a coveted showcase opportunity at the 2012 Brisbane Cabaret Festival.

Guest judges Nathanael Cooper (Arts Editor of the Courier Mail) and Alison St Ledger (Brisbane Cabaret Festival), join host Jeremy Brennan (Jersey Boys) and Musical Director Alison Reithmuller.
This is a free event, so bring along your friends and family for support. Tickets are strictly limited - some paid reserved seating is also available by contacting Stockholm Syndrome directly.
