It's the fitness craze that is sweeping the nation, for the last few week's ITV's daytime show This Morning has featured Strictly's Russell and Flavia showcase their new fitness dancing routine Zalza!

They have been on a mission to get the nation fit and we want dancers around the country to send in videos of their zalza-ing that could be featured on the show.
