Someone that deserves their, "15 minutes of fame."
The stories must be verifiable.

All genders, ages, nationalities and anywhere in the world. The stories could be about unsung heroes, current or past events, small town heroes, authors, inventors, race car drivers, Teenagers you get the picture.
