Record label/artist management company based in New York City seeks female lead singer for Pop/R&B
Record label/artist management company based in the New York City area. Our current roster includes the former American Idol Juniors Finalist Katelyn Tarver, Dance/club artist Luvndreams and we co-manage reggae/dance hall artist Beniton.
Looking for female lead singing talent in the genre of Pop/R&B/Hip-Hop/Club Music and Dance Music. We are keeping an open view point on talent -
rhythmic music is the key (r&b/hip-hop/dance/club) - possible
management/possible record deal - possible non-exclusive possible
exclusive - all kinds are welcome - star, star, star is what we are
looking for.
We are also active screenwriters with a current project in development. In the past we have won the Dove Award for Family Entertainment for a show that we produced on PBS. Some background on our artists:
Walked the Red Carpet at the “American Music Awards,”
Shared the stage with Aly and AJ, Sean Paul, Kimberly Locke, Jeff Foxworthy, Jesse McCarthy and Bo Bice.
CD/albums released in the U.S., Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Jamaica (UK in contract).
Tours and shows in U.S. Japan, the Philippines and Jamaica.
Title role in the just released film The Barbie Diaries .
Music placement on ESPN, ABC, MTV, feature films and the Internet.
Working with such producer/writers as Adam Watts & Andy Dodd (High School Musical), Mattias Gustafsson (Backstreet Boys), Kevin Savigar (Josh Gracin and Rod Stewart), Co-Stars (JoJo, Brooke Valentine) and Jamelle (Destiny's Child).
Promotional, acting/modeling appearances in commercials, web and print media for VH1, MTV, BET, the Gospel Music Channel, Tommy2.net, Cosmo Girl, Teen People, Bop, In Rock, Candy and Super Model Unlimited.
Charted music videos on The Gospel Music Channel, CCM chart, Singing Fool, etc.
Music airplay Radio Disney, Hot 97 (NYC), The Beat (L.A.) and many more.
In closing we are looking for opportunities with an eye to the future (i.e signing/working with new talent). Payment will come from royalties from music industry artist contracts.
