Musical theatre company based in Essex seeks strong male musical theatre performer for 'Ariel'

Award-winning amateur musical theatre company based in Romford, Essex is looking for a strong male musical theatre performer to play the lead role of 'Ariel the Robot' their upcoming charity production of the West-End Hit Musical 'Return To The Forbidden Planet' to be staged at the Kenneth More Theatre, Ilford at the beginning of October 2007.

Ariel is a stereotypical robot who preferably moves around on rollerskates. Physical strength is essential.

This is a lively rock 'n' roll show based around The Tempest and using Shakespearean Speech in a 50's B Movie style.

Rehearsals will take place in our rehearsal studio in Romford, Essex.
