The artist will need to be highly organised, efficient and possess the ability to multi-task. They must also be enthusiastic and have lots of initiative. The most suitable candidate for the project will have a flexible but professional work ethic, as they will be required to work (practice and perform) independently and as part of a team in different environments (i.e. in the studio and live on stage). Strong interpersonal skills are also a prerequisite, as the artist will be responsible for communicating with different media organisations at all levels throughout the project. Previous experience of recording and live performance is highly desirable, but not essential. We are looking for a dedicated singer-songwriter who is serious about pursuing a career in the music industry and would like the opportunity to work with an experienced team of professionals. Our objective is to provide specialist advice and consultation in order to help the artist develop their own commercial identity and project. This initiative is the ideal opportunity for an aspiring recording / performing artist and music industry professional with an open mind and ultimately - a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
