Scene to Believe is an innovative photography company supplying the corporate and retail markets with the latest in digital photography solutions. We require full time Santa Photography Set Supervisors to manage a photography studio from November 2012 – December 2012.

Salary:
$750 - $900 weekly + Super and Bonuses

Job Description:
Set Supervisors will need to be available for five days of training towards the end of October. Full-time availability is essential through November and December. Set Supervisors are required to work six days per week (including weekends). Commencement dates vary between stores with the most common start date being the 10th November. Other locations commence early/late November. You will be responsible for Christchurch, Whangaparaoa, Bayfair and Botany.

Set Supervisors will be responsible for:
» Overall management of your team (approx. 5-10 staff) throughout the season
» Training your customer service and photography team
» Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales targets
» Operation of photography equipment and provide technical support
» Taking high quality photographs which are of Scene to Believe standard
» Daily reporting to Scene to Believe and Shopping Centre management
» Administration tasks

Experience in managing and motivating teams as well as photography would be beneficial however, full training will be provided to those who we believe are suitable to the position.
