| StarNow: | Congratulations on winning Big Brother 2008 – can you tell us what it was like when they announced you were the winner?
Yaneek Hepburn, London | | Rachel Rice: | It was such a shock. I was chuffed to make the final 2 so when they announced me as the winner I couldn’t believe it. It’s still sinking in now. |
| StarNow: | When you look back at your Big Brother interview, what do you think it was that made you succeed?
Heather Massie, Dundee | | Rachel Rice: | I really opened up in the auditions and didn’t hide anything. I think it’s important in the auditions to tell the producers everything about you so they can get to know you. |
| StarNow: | How did you manage to stay calm despite all of the winding up from Rex?
Coral Knight, Plymouth | | Rachel Rice: | It takes a lot to get me down. Rex and I did have some arguments however he always said everything to my face and I know you can’t be liked by everyone. Rex and I did have some good times together too. Even though people were saying things about me I knew my friends and family know me and would be standing by me when I got out. |
