A crew of professional FTI graduates require 5 extras on the 2nd of August for their short film
'Victims' is a short drama script that will be produced under the Film & Television Institute's Raw Nerve funding scheme.
Synopsis
---------
When the pressures of the daily grind become too much for Chris, his need to maintain the family garden turns into an obsession. As the slow decay of Chris's sanity impairs his ability to function as a husband and father, his wife Anna stands strong. Resorting to extraordinary measures to keep Chris safe, Anna begins to feel the strain...
Requirements
------------
We need 5 people to be 'Support Group Attendees' in our film, listening intently while Anna gradually opens up about her husband's problems.
Because we want to represent a broad cross-section of society at this meeting, we are calling for people aged 20 to 60 to apply. Prior acting experience is a plus, as one extra will have a speaking line.
The requirement is to sit and listen to our lead female actor, and provide a range of realistic responses and mannerisms.
Filming details
---------------
We are expecting to shoot this scene over one day - Saturday August 2nd. As the film is crewed and produced by FTI graduates, you can expect a high level of professionalism and courtesy. This is an unpaid role, however lunch and refreshments will be provided for all those cast.
