North Sydney TAFE is looking for 3 enthusiastic actors to perform for an upcoming production
North Sydney TAFE is looking for 3 enthusiastic actors to perform for an upcoming production in October.
We are looking for volunteers, because we do not have a budget. But at the end of the production we will give you a copy of your performance which you can add to your portfolio. We will also supply you with all your food for the day. We also have a make up team who will do your make up. Yet we may ask you to bring some costumes.

The woman
Females, aged 20 to 26 from Australia
She is an attractive an apparently normal young woman, but in fact is a deluded nutter who makes fanciful deals with salesmen, adventurers, business associates, and what not. Tallish, slim, highly strung but restrained, carries herself with an air confidence and purpose. Has a reserved middle class accent.

The Bar Man
Males, aged 28 to 65 from Australia
He’s been around and done a lot of listening,he knows this woman and puts up with her stories most days, good expressive face. Not tall, a bit overweight, but strong, able to deal with pests, has a kind and friendly attitude, a beard maybe. Mature. Has an accent.

The Shadow
Males, aged 18 to 40 from Australia
Actor is willing to just be in shadow. An enigmatic opportunist looking to change his luck, maybe to taste fame and glory, he’s a gentleman, but has some hard-boiled characteristics, he doesn’t like his time being wasted. Tall, lean and muscular, gaunt face, the sort of person who you wouldn’t want to cross. Unshaven, a gravely neutral accent.
