Edge Improv is looking for performers aged 16+ to fill out it's core troupe
Edge Improv is looking for performers to fill out it's core troupe. As a result, be will be auditioning for new members this July.
If you can improvise, are enthusiastic and committed to performing, and like challenging yourself and trying new things on stage, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

About Edge Improv:

Edge is an independent improvised theatre troupe based in Brisbane, Australia. It was formed in 2001 by Brad Daniels, and has been teaching improvisation workshops since 2002.
Edge made it's performance debut in 2003 at the Queensland Writers Festival, and since then has performed at: the Queensland Medieval Fayre, Brisbane Festival Theatre Fringe, the Twisted Melon Improv Festival in Sydney, the Adelaide Fringe Festival, the Bris Improv Festival , as well as many corporate shows from in venues from Noosa to QUT to Central NSW.
Edge is the currently the license holder of Gorilla Theatre in Brisbane, and has hosted successful seasons of the show at Metro Arts, The Sit Down Comedy Club, Jorge on George, Kookaburra Cafe, and The Joynt.
Original shows it has produced include Improck - the improvised rock musical show, It Came form Somewhere Else, the Series, Gorilla Grrlz and Shakespearean Impro.
We are currently planning planning the next year worth of shows and touring, and are looking for committed, enthusiastic, experienced and reliable performers.
