Alma Dance Company, one of Chicago’s newest classical ballet companies, is casting its annual production of Frankenstein Ballet, a story of love, power, deceit, and destruction. Suzanne Lek and Guillermo Leyva, artistic directors. Rehearsals begin September 8 (for five weeks); performs October 17 and 18 (three performances) at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, an 850-seat theatre in Skokie, IL (30 minutes from downtown Chicago).
Auditions will be held May 31, in New York and June 8 in Chicago. Bring pictures and resumes, stapled together. For more information visit our website. Professional pay for rehearsals and performances, plus per Diem, housing, and travel provided for out-of-state dancers.
