Weird and wonderful self-contained acts wanted for their weekly west-end cabaret event, sideshow
Prior to it’s engagement at the Edinburgh festival MMP ltd are looking for weird and wonderful self-contained acts for their weekly west-end cabaret event, sideshow.
A club-cum-cabaret, the night is hosted by the bloody ringmaster (‘king of cabaret’ paul l martin) whilst DJ margaret the gimp spins the decks. The show is supposed to be a travelling circus/freakshow so we would like applications from anyone with a wacky party-piece.
Previous acts have included; mime, acrobatics, juggling, walking on glass, angle-grinding, playing the saw etc. If it’s strange then we want to know about it!
This is an unpaid opportunity that will introduce to the biggest and most established cabaret company in UK. Please note: we do not require submissions from singers unless it is an extremely unique and strange act.
