Did you join Star Now to get your face on TV? A top woman's magazine is looking for women who want to be famous.
If you've been on at least three TV shows - if not Big Brother then perhaps you've been on a game show, a cookery programme or a property show - then we want to hear from you.
It doesn't matter which channel you appeared on or what you had to do. We want to hear about your five minutes of fame. It would be great if have DVDs of your appearances or photos of you on the shows. You must be aged between 35 and 50, desperately want to be famous.
If selected we will print your picture and give you another chance at fame!
