Are you a mum who has managed to get herself and her family into shape?
Are you a mum who has managed to get herself and her family into shape?
If so, I'd love to do a story on you, and how you did it.
I'm looking for a mum who took a good long look at herself in the last year or so, decided to embark on a health eating and exercise plan - and take her family along.
This needs to be an inspiring story, so I'm hoping for a mum who can tell me that not only are she, partner and kids healthier and happier, but also that their relationships have benefited too.
