Essentials magazine is looking for a mini case study for a feature on 'medicine mistakes'.
Doesn't have to be a major error - maybe you didn't complete a course of antibiotics or took painkillers and then a cold remedy containing the same drug?
It could be a really simple mistake, such as not taking medication with food when you should have or not shaking the bottle first.
Alternatively, maybe you gave your kids Calpol or cough medicine after brushing their teeth at night or forgot to tell your GP or pharmacist about a herbal remedy or supplement you were taking. Anything that other readers can relate to.
