Seeking women for a piece on sanctuary, peace and quiet for a national women's glossy magazine
I'm writing a piece for a national women's glossy magazine about sanctuary, and how important it is for busy, modern women to have somewhere they can call their own little sanctuary where they can find peace and quiet, where they can relax without any interruptions and just get away from it all.
I'm just looking for women who have found inventive or unusual ways to find this, for example, one friend goes out in her kayak, another with two kids has one space in her home, her writing desk where there is no clutter, no toys, just a few beautiful photographs she's found a peace lily and that's her space, where she goes when she can get time to relax.
If any of you have any inspiring stories to tell, or unusual ideas to share with other women about how you find sanctuary and space just for you(that don't involve candlelit baths), I'd love to hear them.
