Gamer girls wanted, you must be interested and skilled in computer games in general
4 Primary selection criteria:
Game
------
You must be interested in computer games in general. This job will involve playing quite a few male-oriented games such as Counterstrike, Halo, Midnight Club, etc - so a Gamer Girls will enjoy trying new games of all descriptions.
Talent
--------
A Gamer Girl will be skilled in at least one game and eager to become kick-arse at games she might not otherwise play at home. We will provide online training sessions.
Training
-----------
A Gamer Girl will be happy to commit a minimum of 4 hours a week to training with her teammates.
Competition
--------------
Gamer Girls will be put into competitive situations with males 95% of the time. A Gamer Girl will enjoy the competition and not back down from a challenge, and will not be emotionally injured in defeat.
