| About me: | | My two greatest loves are music and the stage.I am totally obsessed with opera and have participated in many musicals at school and local theatre productions.
The highlight of '07 for me was a solo gig in a production of Handel's Messiah...I sang four recitatives and was interviewed and asked to perform on ABC radio. It was so cool!
The most annoying thing for me...everyone wants to touch my hair!!!
I also love to read (especially Dickens) and will go to any performance of Shakespeare.
I won the speech and drama prize at school for 2007 and a first place in the impromptu section of the Launceston Competitions.

Acting experience
I have participated in NIDA Summer School Course (covering Acting, Scene Work, Getting into character, Script Development, Improvisation and Character Profiles) and am a member of a youth theatre school (Danny Gibson, principal)

Television experience
I was involved in the production of a science video at my school for the PM.

Music experience
I play two instruments: Cello and Piano.
And sing. And dance.
I also play in a Strings Orchestra called "The Piccolo Strings"
Last year I sang solo at a Christmas Carol Service singing Psalm 23 by Howard Goodall "THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD" and this year I sang four recitatives at a performance of Handel's Messiah. I am now a member of 'Opera Works' a newly formed opera company in Launceston. I have a solo piece in our upcoming performance.
