Anja Helen Fagerli is a singer/songwriter/performer with a rare and precious gift. Her songs comes directly from her heart and her voice express sensitivity, soul and a nice touch of softness. She gives voice to the roiling emotions of adolescence and to those deeper emotions, we never outgrow. She writes everything from catchy pop/r&b tunes to heartfelt ballads. "I've always looked at music as an emotional thing," she says, " whether it's happy or sad.” Anja has been involved in music, theatre and dancing from a very young age. Other artists fascinated her, and she had a clear vision and intense dream that she wanted to be on stage and perform just like them. Anja comes from a small village called Kvafjord in the Northern part of Norway. There were not much of activities offered for young people at that time, but Anja grabbed hold of every little thing that could help her developing her skills.
