As the Miss England Regional Heats come to a close for 2008, the girls prepare for the next round of the competition, the 2008 Semi Finals, which will determine who makes it into the July Finals and who gets a chance at the 2008 Miss England Crown.
With plenty of StarNow members once again in the running this year, we are very excited to see who will make it through to the finals this July.
The winner of Miss England will take home an awesome prize package and the chance to compete in the Miss World finals in the Ukraine later this year.
We want to wish the best of luck to all of the girls in the competition and we hope to see you again in the finals! |

StarNow.com wishes to congratulate member Katie Richardson, who was crowned the new Miss World Australia 2008 last night.
Katie, the 20 year old NSW student, was selected out of twenty other finalists to receive the title last night at the 2008 finals, held in the Star City Hotel and Casino in Sydney.
In her role as Miss World Australia, Katie will undertake an all expenses paid trip to the Ukraine for a month for the judging of Miss World 2008 in September. She will compete against over 100 other countries for the supreme title of Miss World, the winner of which takes home USD $100,000 cash and many more prizes.
