Miss World Australia to Judge Photo Model Competition for StarNow.com |

 | | August 8, 2007: Caroline Pemberton, current Miss World Australia, is set to judge a photographic model competition at the We’re in Showbiz 2007 Expo in Sydney on August 10th, run by the online talent casting service StarNow.com. |
Expo visitors can take part by simply filling out an entry form and having their photograph taken at the StarNow.com stall. Finalists will be judged by Miss Pemberton and have the opportunity to win a selection of prizes including a year’s membership to StarNow.com.
The membership prize will allow the winner to apply for entertainment jobs through the website, whose clients range from film and television production companies, magazines and photographers to playwrights and musicians. StarNow.com has over 560,000 members throughout the world, catering to models, actors, dancers, musicians, photographers and more.

Starnow.com is the exclusive online casting partner for the Miss World Australia competition, which Miss Pemberton won in April. Pemberton, who is also a member of the casting service, says “StarNow.com can multiply your opportunities if you want a career in entertainment.”
The expo will run from Friday August 10th till Sunday August 12th at the Acer Arena in Sydney and is the largest entertainment career expo of its kind in Australia. The Expo will host an exciting range of resources for aspiring talent and give them the opportunity to rub shoulders with a host of industry professionals.
The expo is open for school groups on Friday and the public on Saturday and Sunday.

| On Friday the 10th of August, which is the Education Day for high-school students, StarNow.com will be running a photographic modelling competition at its stall. Caroline Pemberton, otherwise known as Miss World Australia 2007, will be at the stall from 1.30pm to judge the competition.
On Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of August StarNow.com will be giving away a 1-year free membership on the spot every hour at its stall to the winner of their Entertainment industry quiz. During these dates the event is open to the public.

StarNow wishes to congratulate Charlotte Pearson, 17, from Derby who won the coveted Miss Talent prize at Miss England 2007.
Charlotte's opera performance wowed the judges and she won the £500 cash prize from StarNow.
