17 Oct 2012
Our Hosting Immersive competition kicked off in September, offering wannabe hosts a shot at working with LA’s most respected hosting coach and casting director, Maureen Browne.

There were 986 entries. We hand-picked over 20 finalists based on their StarNow profiles, and then our incredible panel of judges viewed each finalist’s showreel before picking the best one.

And the winner of Hosting Immersive is…Tommy Jackett!

Tommy will be jetting off to LA in November to take part in Hosting Immersive. He will learn how to handle every aspect of the hosting gig, including managing live shots and interviews, co-hosting, red carpet techniques, improv, writing scripts, branding, shooting show reels, and so much more!

Thanks heaps to everyone who entered. Keep an eye out for more awesome competitions coming soon!

Participants will be battling it out over 48 hours to take home the award for Best Film.
