Professional session vocalist, vocal coach, up and coming artist and songwriter with a big voice!

My recently recorded E.P is available here - chloeblackwell.bandcamp.com - recorded in December 2011 - to give you an example of my tone and range. 

I have a big range, strong technique, lots experience singing in many different genre's as well as a big repertoire of songs. 
I have substansial experiance performing as a lead vocalist as well as a backing vocalist. I have sung in different function bands and gig the london circuit with my band performing my original music, so I am very comfortable on stage. I love what I do and that comes across when I perform. 


My sound is soulful, inspired by artist such as Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.
I love a challenge and am a perfectionist when it comes to my voice and performances. I have been having professional vocal training since the age of 11, originally being trained classically.  
I am very hardworking, easy going and good with people.

I have done session work for top producers such as Guy Sigsworth, who has worked with artists such as madonna and britney spears. I have performed at venues such as Ronnie Scotts Jazz club, the royal albert hall, and the N.I.A. I am a graduate from the BRIT school of performing arts and won a bursary award for being the best up and coming songwriter in London 2009 as part of London songwriters week, awarded to me by Alex James from the British pop band Blur. More recently I was on the TV series The Voice.
