I did a Catwalk and Modelling Diploma course in my late twenties and went on to do some modelling/fashion shows and some promotional work. I also did the makeup for their models before photo shoots as I am a qualified beauty therapist too. I did not persue modelling much at that time but have done a lot more in the last few years as I have come to know my talents and weaknesses which has come with life experience and maturity. I believe inner beauty and confidence radiates outwards and the camera picks up on that.I have been in front of the camera alot and am currently involved in making a series of films for a beauty academy. I am the model being filmed having the various treatments that therapists perform. I am naturally at ease with my body and have a fluid,easy gait and good proportions and am very photogenic. I am very athletic and fit, enjoying many sports. I am a strong swimmer,excellent skier and tennis player so would be well suited for any modelling involving outdoor persuits,fitness,lifestyle etc.I can do excellent hand stands and walk some distance on my hands! My upper body is very strong and I have excellent balance. I have a good eye and have completed a City and Guilds photography course and understand the concepts of good imagery and what is easy on the eye.I have very shiny naturally straight hair so hair modelling could be good.I have extremely long eyelashes and am often told I have beautiful eyes so part modelling for the eyes could be good. I am articulate and love writing and won a National competition in the She magazine for writing a 500 word essay about my life and why I wanted to win a new career. I won and went on to do a Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology Diploma course with Steiner International in London. I passed with a credit. So print/editorial work is also of interest. I am easy to work with, friendly, genuine and reliable. Adaptable and versatile, you won't be sorry if you give me a go.I recently modelled for a large holiday park home company and the photographer said I was the easiest model he had ever worked with. People relate to people at the end of the day and I can bring more to a job than just a pretty face.

I have been in 20 films in the past two years, mostly short films with featured, speaking roles and a couple of feature films.I am always recommended by the team I have just worked with because I take direction well and am easy to work with. I have no formal acting experience but often in life one has to act to get the best outcome. I am very confident and professional,open to new things and learn quickly. I can adapt to whatever would be required of me.I would be an asset to any venture as I am personable, versatile and a quick learner. I have a 'BBC' accent having travelled the world with my Fathers job in the RAF and lived in various countries. I am used to interacting with people from all walks of life due to my Nursing background and Beauty therapy. I am a keen writer myself and once won a competition in a National Magazine. Brief was to write a 500 word essay about your life and why you wanted to win a new career ( I was Nursing at the time ) There were over 500 applicants and I won. I chose the prize of doing a Steiner Beauty Therapy Diploma Course in London and went on to pass with credit. It was a great time and I now do some free lance Beauty Therapy. I am 44 but am often mistaken for mid thirties. I have often been encouraged to join a lookalikes agency but havent as yet. Regards Sarah
