I am a born performer and work well with audiences. I am equally comfortable handling live spontaneous events or delivering a script. I am told that I take direction well. No tantrums here. I am experienced as an interviewer and can handle complex technical and political discussions with authority and understanding. My passion is to entertain and bring knowledge or fun to an audience. I am comfortable with production and post production so the process of TV film and radio creation is not a mystery to me and I empathise and understand the challenges of the crew. I love acting and although I didn't pursue it in the early years of my career, recently I have taken acting very seriously and started to hone the skills. You won't see a vast body of work that falls in the acting category yet but it's building nicely and my years as a presenter/interviewer/facilitator/coach and general performer have equipped me well. Try me out for your role, it will be worth it, I promise.

I have a broad performance background starting in amateur dramatics as a teenager and continuing with involvement in radio, stage and video professionally for the past 23 years.

I have played a variety of roles on stage and in front of the camera. Most recently this year I played Georgie Markov in a reconstruction about his murder. I have had film extra experience and supporting artist work on Holby.

Most of my career has been spent presenting at live events, on video, radio and voice work. In the past two years I have moved to acting and have successfully appeared in several films and TV productions.

I have a natural style, very happy with improvisation. Tend to play to type and age.

TV & Reality

I have voiced many commercials and documentaries for broadcast and corporate use. To camera presentation on numerous training videos, corporates and web based content.

Film & Stage Crew

BBC trained sound man with good location experience, boom and sound supervisor. Video editor and audio mixer with home ProTools studio and Final Cut for small corporate drama and documentary production. Camera operation experience. Very familiar with film/TV sets and technology. Minor direction and production experience. Very familiar with post production having owned a West End Facility house for 5 years.

I own a small pro lighting rig with Martin moving heads/dimmers and a Fat Frog desk. I use this to light bands and music video projects.

  • Dave Filming the Georgie Markov reconstruction was fascinating. Reliving the last steps of a man about to be murdered in the very place it happened was a strange experience.
