I am a very INTUITIVE musician with considerable skill in wordsmithing. I pick things up very quickly by ear. I have been singing since early childhood and it goes hand-in-hand with guitar playing. Have had experience as an accompanist for other singers too. I've had experience in solo, duo, trio, group/band and choir situations and have been in recording studios a few times.
I'm a proficient rhythm guitarist but also do some picking and melodic improvisation. I absolutely love playing percussion instruments and dabble in keyboard and ukelele. Able to sing in French and Italian, also "one off's" as required. My voice is warm, bluesy, expressive, easy to listen to.
My influences and tastes in music are wide and varied, with particular interests in celtic, jazz, latin, soft rock/pop and folk genres. Syncopation excites me as does arranging and performing.
