Flautist London/Session flautist/Flute player

I completed my music degree and University of Surrey nine years ago. Whilst there, I specialised in performance, performing solos, chamber music and in the university orchestra.

Since university, I performed the Nielsen Flute Concerto with Stoneleigh Youth Orchestra, have played for Epsom Symphony Orchestra, Croydon Symphony Orchestra and Thames Philharmonia, as well performing a variety of chamber music.

More recently, I have branched out from my classical routes, composing, improvising, recording and performing music in a wide range of musical styles with musicians in Guildford and London, forming various musical projects. I am currently working with various music producers, with whom I have several tracks, which have been released internationally.

I have been teaching the flute to children and adults for twelve years in schools, an adult education centre and privately. I completed my PGCE in 2004 and gained Qualified Teacher Status.
