Television experience
I won 'Boys and Girls' C4 TV Program three years ago. I won £100,000! I had a bodyguard and chauffeur for the week and stayed in the penthouse of the Monte Vetro building! It was the most amazing experience! Would love to do more reality TV! I have appeared recently on Friday Night Project, The Charlotte Church Chat Show, Hanrahan Investigates on Channel 5, and a promo video for CageRage.tv.

Presenting experience

Im 5ft 11, mixed race (mother half west Indian), 32G chest, 27 waist, green eyes, blonde hair and most definitely have a Jlo bum, unfortunately ;) lol!
Im a trained dancer (tap, ballet, modern jazz, contemporary, disco, street, urban funk) and have been teaching since I was thirteen. Presently I mainly teach Commercial/Street dance and I work freelance so I can be flexible for work. I am CRB checked. I also work for Cage Rage at all there live events (MMA) as Manager for all the dancers and models, and also choreograph all the show openings for Sky Sports. I also still perform myself and have danced at the London Palladium, been in various music videos, fashion shows, festivals and many ‘dance offs‘!
I have also worked in the fitness industry and have done everything from sales to personal training. I have also managed a ladies only gym. I have taught aerobics for over ten years and also classes mixed with various dance styles. I have the YMCA Exercise and fitness knowledge certificate and also have done a Future Fit Nutritional Advisor course. I have also lost over 6 stone in weight and so feel that I can offer clients personal feedback from experience.
I have modelled since a child and have been in various campaings such as Marks and Spencers, and various tv commercials and television shows. During the past year I have been in the Friday Night Project, Charlotte Church Show, Hanrahan Investigates, Celeb Big Bro Big Mouth, Body Hell, ITV tonight, and regularly on Cage Fighter on Sky Sports. I have appeared in Nuts Magazine, Loaded, FHM, Cosmopolitan, D101, various MMA magazines, Best, Daily Mail, The Sun, The Mirror, news of the World to name but a few! Dancing experience
I have danced since I was three! I mainly concentrate on Street Dance, Hip Hop, and Tap. I also teach freelanceand am already crb checked. I feel i stand out from the crowd because I am tall, curvy, have long curly hair and have been told I have good stage presence. I have appeared in various music video's (most recent Shy FX Video) and won £100,000 for my performance on C4 Boys and Girls! I live to Dance!

Magazine experience
I have been in many local and national newspapers either modelling, or for features, or for various dance shows I was in or competition's I have won. After winning 'Boys and Girls', C4, I was approached by various newspapers to model.
I went to Barbara Speake Stage School as a child. Was bullied severely as a child for being different. My daughter was born with a very rare disorder called PFFD, which means she wears a prosthetic leg. She still manages to dance just like mummy!!!! I also won £100,000 on Channel 4 TV Program 'Boys and Girls'. Not bad for a single mum from Harrow! In October 2005, my daughter and I appeared in The Sun newspaper regarding her achievements despite her disability.
