| About me: | | Karin Hougaard is a one of South Africa’s singer songwriters who have become a household name in specifically the Afrikaans speaking community. However she aslo performs in English, Dutch and French. She has endured the test of time and since her debut as teen singing sensation in the early 1980’s, she has up to date released 9 award winning albums and various compilations and singles.
During 2008 she made her debut with a one woman art exhibition called SOLO - featuring her paintings and graphic works.
She released a book titled WOORDE SONDER WYSIES - a coffee table book with graphic art and new texts.
And released her latest Afrikaans CD single called JOU VERHAAL.
