Our group has on many occassions been compared with professional performances by our audiences and said to be excellent and in some cases better!!
Our most recent production of William Shakespeares 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' in which I played Hermia was a great success and I received many comments saying that my acting was very professional. Our production was said by someone "to be better than a recent production of Macbeth they had seen at the Theatre Royal, Nottingham". I have also taken part in doing roles backstage like stage management, lighting and sound operation, management of properties and prompting which I also enjoy very much.
