Short student film being shot in Bournemouth (1 - 4 December)

We are a crew from the Arts university collage at Bournemouth looking to fill 3 roles on a short film being shot from the 1st till the 4th of December.
The film is being shot over 5 locations, food provided. We are shooting on 16mm film and have professional (arri) cameras and lighting.
The film is an experimental, narrative piece. The film is about a man suffering from the loss of his father who begins to collect other peoples' mail and posted affections (lost letters) to fill the void his father left, he meets another lead role who suffers a similar flaw who helps Michael to explore his darkest memories of his father and his failings and life and embrace them.

Michael - lead role

A troubled mail man who collects lost letters, rugged looking, facial hair if possible, brown or black hair preferred but not essential.

Males, aged 25 to 35 from the United Kingdom


Sasha - lead supporting role

A writer with experience of the world who comforts Michael and helps him back to his feet.

Females, aged 30 to 45 from the United Kingdom


Young Michael - sub role

A younger happier Michael, required for short amount of time on shoot, no dialogue required but very crucial to the film.

Males, aged 5 to 9 from the United Kingdom
