I work for a weekly woman's magazine and we're looking to send two women for a full body MOT to check their liver, cholesterol levels, heart etc - and interview your reaction to the results.

I'm specifically looking for a yo-yo dieter who has been dieting on and off for years - as well as a woman who would be classified as overweight by her GP.
