Damian Morter's Eschatrilogy was spurned from 'A Father for the Dead'.
The picture originally started out as a short film written and directed by Damian Morter and produced by Nicola Morter from Safehouse Pictures UK, but the massive success and amazing results that were accomplished from just one four day shoot inspired the Safehouse Pictures UK crew to make the short into a feature length anthology.
All four films will make one feature film and will be screened as a feature only.
The four films intertwine with each other with reference and continuation from story to story. The film centres on the eminent apocalypse of the un-dead and follows 3 stories of the fight for survival. The fourth tale reveals the storyteller who unveils how the apocalypse has been summoned upon the earth.
All the stories have a theme of family. The storyteller is a dark figure who appears in the night, bringing with him a virus which turns people into monsters. Hoping to gather stories to take back with him to the other side, he meets his nemesis; a light figure prepared to do battle with the his rival in order to save the human race.
