I am a Soul/Jazz and Blues vocalist and adore these genres so so much. I have listened to the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Al jolson, Nat King Cole etc since I can remember. I write my own songs and play the acoustic guitar. I Have performed in local gigs and musicals such as " Little Shop Of Horrors" in which I played the part of one of the three female soul singers. My main aim is to become a successful vocalist and performer, fame doesn't come into it, it is about working everyday of my life in the industry that I am incredibely passionate about. I am highly inspired by Al Jolson and his mentality of not only singing to people but entertaining them and being able to see their faces when you sing for them. As he said, "You aint heard nothing yet!" I have studied Performing Arts from GCSE onto degree level and have also worked as an extra for The British Heart Foundation advert 2007 and Hollyoaks.
