Matthew has appeared in many newspapers Local/National for example "First News", daily star, woman magazine etc. Matthew recently appeared in the "Daily Express" written by Vanessa Feltz who had seen him in concert in Croydon December 2006.

Matthew, has won many Talent Shows and Classical Competitions and performed at Womersley Park in Doncaster July 2007 to an audience of 8000 people in an Open air Concert alongside Katherine Jenkins /Emer McParland and H.M Royal Marines Band of Scotland.
He also auditioned for the X factor got to boot camp, won a National Talent Show in Essex receiving a trophy, certificate and £2000 and was featured in the Take Five mag nov 2007 from the Daily Star and Womans Magazine.
Matthew recently won a National Talent show called UK UNSIGNED 2008 at The Hackney Empire he also Appeared with the Drifters in concert on 31st may 2008 and is sponsored by Gillingham Football Club.
Matthew is also a Patron of the CPC (CEREBRAL PALSY Care) Charity, he is there youngest patron alongside Joe Pasquale,Helen Shapiero and Chris Simmons from The Bill.
