Daiquiri began dancing at age 3, making her theatrical / acting debut at age 6. Throughout her childhood and teenage years she performed in numerous theatrical & musical productions, spent 2 years in the Scottish Youth Theatre & studied drama at high school. She continued her education, studying Theatre, Film & Television at Glasgow University, graduating in 2008. An award-winning and innovative international performer, Daiquiri Dusk is one of Scotland's premiere solo burlesque artistes. Whether you know her as Bizarre Magazine's Queen of the Battle of Burlesque 2008 or as the saucy, highland dancer who set pulses racing on Britain's Got Talent 2009, Daiquiri is a fast-rising star on the British burlesque scene and an increasingly in-demand performer both in the UK and abroad.
With an extensive repertoire of acts, from classic, cheesecake striptease to fast-paced rock and roll numbers, Daiquiri's performances include balloon-popping, fan-dancing, strip-teasing and tassel twirling, all executed with a knowing smile and a cheeky wink!
She also offers more unusual, specialist acts, including her award-winning 'Twisted Gypsy' striptease / contortion routine and 'The Bonnie Scots Lass' featuring Daiquiri's unique fusion of poetry, highland dance and striptease.
