| I am a unique drummer living in Brooklyn with a passion for music, art, design, fashion and pop culture. I have an inherent desire to merge these passions and create something fresh and new at every turn.
I am also an artist and graphic designer.
I grew up in Minneapolis. Since childhood I have been most inspired by soul, R&B and funk music. As time went on I became a lover of hip hop, rock, jazz, club and countless others genres.
My most valuable musical experience was as the drummer for Cryptic, led by Brownmark (original bassist for Prince and the Revolution, founder of Mazarati) and Jerry Hubbard (The Time, Alexander O'Neal). And I have the honor of being able to say that Prince has come to see me perform. Wow.
I have an alter ego who plays in a Prince cover band called Ovation. | |
