| About me: | | I enjoy new challenges. I'm quick to learn, lively, intelligent, creative, witty, friendly, energetic, individual and professional. I'm able to adapt to a variety of roles and willing to try (almost) anything. My playing age is from mid-thirties to early fifties. I write humorous verse, speeches, tributes, personalised greetings/poetry and alternative lyrics for well-known tunes. I've written a number of comedy sketches, and several short plays that have been performed in Oxfordshire theatres. Acting experience
Midsomer Murders - college secretary.
I've attended workshops for TV extras and acting workshops. Auditioned for a television games show, casting for a cleaning product, rehearsed monologues for Mad Dog Casting, filmed audition with Maverick TV for a beauty programme. Script reading/role play for an Oxfordshire writers group. Improvisation includes: frantic mother, senile lady, anorexic child as well as playing part of a cuckoo clock, flushing toilet and chest freezer!

Presenting experience
BROADCASTING EXPERIENCE
I've taken part in a number of live radio broadcasts on BBC Radio Oxford, including co-hosting with Bill Heine (topical discussion); reviewing magazines; taste testing foods and wine; reading my humorous verse and participating in a radio version of 'Ready Steady Cook'.
PRESENTATION WORK: Presented a dream for analysis during a workshop on 'The Interpretation of Dreams' at Oxford University.
SALES SEMINAR: Presentation to Oxford College staff on the merits of a range of services offered by a fire and flood restoration/domestic cleaning company.

Music experience
I've written a song called 'Apart' that was broadcast on BBC Radio Oxford. I can write original words to new music, as well as writing alternative lyrics to well known tunes, i.e. any style from Elvis to Katie Melua.
