My song "Silver Slippers" was selected for the NZ NCEA Level 3 Exemplar CD in 2003, and my song "Just for a Moment" was a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest in 2009. My songs usually fall into the following categories: acoustic, pop/rock, and country. I have performed solo sets of my originals at local charity events (the Canteen Halloween Ball in 2009, and at the 2009 Salvation Army fashion parade), and at local open mic nights and church events. I am a member of a band called "Always Bedlam". I sing lead/harmonies and write for the band. We have performed at private functions and the Oropi Harvest Festival.I am also half of a female covers duo called Tracing Leaves, in which I sing lead/bvs, and play keys, guitar and percussion. I have been involved in other local concerts such as Christmas in the Bay. I have performed (covers) twice at the Mount Maunganui New Years celebrations, on the Beach stage and Street Stage. I am a member of Tauranga Musical Theatre, and recently performed as Shania Twain in "Class of 99", and as Mrs Cohen in the Rock Musical "Rent". I am currently playing "Lucinda" in the musical "Into the Woods".
