Becca has experience in a wide variety of bands of different musical genres and has played at a variety of venues and events in the UK and internationally: in New Orleans and Europe. Over the years Becca has played with: Lillian Boutte, the world renowned Jazz singer from New Orleans, Pete Phipps from the 'Glitter Band', as well as Paul Jobson and Dudley Ross from 'Cut The Funk'. Becca is a fluent sight reader and is confident improvising in a variety of different musical styles.

Becca teaches Saxophone/Clarinet/Music Theory/Improvisation in the West Kent, Medway and East Sussex areas at very competitive prices. Becca is available for teaching work in Primary/Secondary schools, for more info about teaching please click the contact page

Work Experience:
Last year Becca went to New Orleans and played Saxophone at the French Quarter Festival with Jazz singer Lillian Boutte, as well as two other gigs while she was out there and helped to run a music workshop for disadvantaged children in the Treme district of New Orleans.

Becca has attended six work experience courses over the past few years through the Corps of Army Music; the Royal Military School of Music, the Parachute Regiment Band, the Royal Engineers Band, the Welsh Guards Band and the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Band.

Becca had a week of work experience in ‘Boogie Park Studios’ in Hamburg in April 2009, which gave her an insight into the working life of a music producer, as well as communicating with the producers and musicians in the studio, mostly in German.

Becca has wide experience of musical styles including: Funk, Soul, R&B, Jazz, Fusion, Pop, Rock, Rock and Roll, Rythm and Blues, Girl Grunge, Ska, Prog Rock, Country, Classical, Experimental, Military, Orchestral, Wind band, Saxophone Quartet, Clarinet Quartet and Musical.
