Rory Flynn has been writing songs for 15 years in various genres. He regularly plays at Open Mic nights in Brighton, Crawley, London & East Grinstead and is in the process of organising Showcases in London. He received an Honorable mention in the 2002 Billboard Songwriting contest for his song “Picking Up The Pieces”. He was named as one of the finalist in the pop category in the 2004 UK songwriting contest with his song “Out Of My System”. Ang again in 2007 in the same category for the song “Fine Line”. In 2007 Rory’s songs “Acrobat” and “Too late In The Day” both received air play on BBC Southern Counties Radio. In July 2008 he completed his debut album “From The Inside Out”. Rory’s main ambition though is for other groups and artists to cover his songs.
